Family of God provides a hot meal to those in our community six days a week. The meals we serve meets a physical need of many individuals in our community and provides space for relationship building and conversation. The majority of meals are prepared and served by groups of 5 to 10 people from different churches. Please visit the support us page if you are interested in signing up to serve a meal.
We gather for worship Sundays at 3pm and Wednesdays at 7pm. In worship we receive the means of grace through the hearing of God's Word and through the sacraments of baptism and Holy communion. As we worship we are reminded of God's love for us and we celebrate the forgiveness of sins we have through Jesus' death and resurrection.
Through Bible Study we grow in our understanding of God's Word and its application for our lives. Bible Study takes place on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays at 7pm. Our Thursday Bible study is for women only and our Friday Bible study is for men only. In addition to Adult Bible Study, we hold a separate kids Bible study for our youth on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays at 7pm. We rejoice in the opportunity to support our young people as they grow in faith and life.
